Pan Seared Chicken Tender with Lemon Caper Sauce on Garlic Spinach

Tasty pan seared chicken on garlic spinach.
Hubby loves to cook and is spectacular at it. Good thing, because he is an executive chef by profession. He doesn't get to cook in his official role. Instead, he makes sure that the kitchen is happy,

On many weekends, he volunteers to cater various events in the community. This is one of his many hits. Easy to cook and great with any beer.

    1. It was. Didn't seem like a lot, but 3 oz of meat was more than enough.
